   In the book gone there are several conflicts. One example is mallet ran away from Coates. This is an example of character vs. self which makes it a internal conflict. I can predict that this conflict will be resolved when he goes back. Another possible conflict that could happen in this book is they team up and break out of the barrier. This would make the book interesting because it would be cool.
