A conflict Is a struggle Between Two Forces. In the book “GONE” There are several Conflicts. One example Is Sam killed fire starter. This is an example Of character V.s Character. which makes This an external Conflict.  I can predict that this conflict will be resolved when He steps up.  Another possible conflict that could happen is another Character v.s character  , This would make the book interesting Because There would be Another Fight Or conflict .
