Stages of Plot Catching Fire

           The exposition is the first stage of plot that introduces characters and settings.Some examples of exposition in Catching Fire is when Katniss comes back home to district 12 and not getting along with Peeta and Haymitch .Another example of exposition in Catching Fire is President Snow threatens Katniss and her family when he visits.
           The rising action is the second stage of plot that develops the conflict or struggle.Some examples of rising action in Catching Fire is that Peeta is trying to keep Katniss safe by saying that shes pregnant.Another example is that they are faking love for the capitol.
           The climax is the third stage of plot that is the stage of the greatest interest.Some examples of climax in Catching Fire is that Johanna is trying to kill Katniss in the games.Haymitch only sends district 3's rolls for Katniss,Peeta, and the other tributes that are with them.
           The falling action is the forth stage of plot that shows how the conflict is revealed.Some examples of falling action in Catching Fire is that Peeta and Johanna are captured. Another example of falling action is Katniss has a lot machines hooked up to her in the ship. Katniss also blew the arena up.
           The Resolution is the last stage of plot that reveals the story's final outcome or ties up loose ends.Some examples of resolution in Catching Fire is that Plutarch Heavensbee is part of a underground group.Another example of resolution in Catching Fire is Gale told Katniss that there is no district 12.
