Gale wants to run away with Katniss. once Katniss says  she wants Peeta to come too Gale dosen't want to runaway anymore. " I have to, Gale. I can't leave him and Peeta because they'd-- They'd toture them to death.  He no longer wants to runways. Gale is mand that Peeta is going with them.
