Contrast how Katniss and Peeta feel about what is expected at the banquet with the way members of the Capitol feel about what is expected. What emotional effect does this difference create?
      At the banquet it is expected that they drink the glass of liquid to make them throw up so they can eat more.  Katniss and Peeta don't want to do it because they don't want to throw up.  In contrast, the capitol feels people should do it so they can eat more.  Katniss and Peeta don't agree with the capitol about the liquid.
