Catching Fire

Contrast how Katniss and Peeta feel about what is expected at the banquet with the way members of the Capitol feel about what is expected. What emotional effect does this difference create?

At the banquet there's a lot of food , when they get full they are supposed to drink this stuff to make them puke so that they can eat a lot. Katniss and Peeta think its weird that they do it , people back in district 12 go hungry , but in the capital they puke so they can eat more? The capital thinks its the normal thing to do. At the beginning Katniss thought , " I can eat  so much food."then she didnt want to eat after she found out they want them to do that .
