A conflict is a struggle between two forces. In the book GONE there are several conflicts. One example is bullies vs. everyone. This is an example of person vs. society which is an external conflict. I can predict that this conflict will be resolved when everybody steps up to the bullies. Another possible conflict that could happen in this book is Caine vs. everyone. This would make this book interesting because there would be a lot of action.
