A conflict is a struggle between two forces. In the book GONE  there are several  conflicts. One example is Quinn and Edillio. Quinn is jealous of Edillio. This is an example of character vs.  character, which  makes it an internal conflict. I can predict that this conflict can be resolved when Quinn and Edillio work together on something and become best friends. Another conflict that could happen is Sam could use his powers to defeat the bullies. This would make the book interesting because the more conflict the more action.
