A conflict is a struggle between two forces. In the book Gone there are several conflicts. One example is Sam Vs. fire girl this is an example of character vs. character which makes it an external conflict. I can predict that this conflict will be resolved when she died. Another possible conflict that could happen in this book is Patrick vs. mountain lion. This would made the book more interesting because it was exciting.
