I am in the next quarter quell and I don't plan on coming home because I don't think I will be as lucky as I was last time cause they are all good and past hunger game victors and will come out the gate strong so I really hope you can look after my little sister prim and my mom and make sure when I don't come back that you tell my mom that I love her and prim and I love every body in district 12 and love you!
