At the banquet you should expect for peopl to be eating and puking. Katniss and peeta feel that it is disgusting and it shouldnt be happening. In contrast the members in the capital feel that it is not disgusting and its normal to do that. The emotional effect in this is there are puking everywhere and the people thinks its good to do that except for Katniss and Peeta because they are not use to wasting stuff.
