Contrast how Katniss and Peeta feel about what is expected at the banquet with the way members of the Capitol feel about what is expected. What emotional effect does this difference create? 


          At the party, it is expected to eat, then puke, so the can eat more. Katniss and Peeta felt it was wrong. In contrast the capitol people think it is expected and part of the fun. The emotional effect to Katniss is she feels sad that they had to waste the food.
